Room for improvement in dining room
Service in restaurant wasn’t the best. Staff couldn’t cope with the amount of guests, which effected table laying, cutlery, replenishment of stocks. Chef was under pressure and was unable to cope with the volume of traffic so caused a queue/congestion in an awkward area. One issue I did have was that the breakfast was Luke warm as opposed to hot - not great, but overall a lovely hotel to which I would visit again.

Great location, fun branding and fab rooms
This hotel is ideally located right next to Leicester Tigers rugby stadium and is a ten minute walk into the centre of Leicester. The entrance has a bank of self check in tablets as well as assisted check in which was easy to use. Once you’re checked in there is a lift to the first floor which then connects to the restaurant and a lift to the other floors. The room we had was spacious, very comfy and a great sized bathroom with a large walk in shower. WiFi worked great in the hotel and there is car parking at the hotel, although parking at the tigers is cheaper.

Clean fresh and quirky rooms.
Great stay, clean fresh and friendly staff. We stayed to celebrate an engagment however and although we sent a request asking for anything they could do to compliment our stay, we were not offered anything, not even a late checkout which was dissappointing. Otherwise a nice place to stay and would return.

Great place to stay
Staying out for business for the first time on my own, I couldn't have chosen a better hotel! The staff were friendly and really helpful. The hotel was clean throughout, the room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The only downfall is you need to know to prebook parking there is limited spaces. Google maps said the closest was an 11 minute walk, however it is less than 5 minutes and is at the back of the hotel. I will definitely be staying again!
