Overall clean hotel, with working A/C. there’s no employee on site, and nobody to contact for any immediate questions. the a/c leaks water onto the bed. the rooms are small. the light in the bathroom won’t turn off!

I stay in many hotels in London. I woukd never stay here again. It was the very worst value for money hotel i have stayed in. It's remotely managed which they did mot make clear before booking and this means a lot of time consuming emails and daft provesses byr of course no on site service which is essential in hotels. System for accessing building and room totally unexplained and not in fact sensible in a covid context. Room not ready on arrival despite copious emails clarifying ETA. No TV in room. Virtual check in laborious as not compatible with devices Customer servicr of the variety where they don"t read your actusl query, send an automatic response which does not fit the situation so it will take several emails over 48 to 72 hours for them to address the issue. I'lk be avoiding this hotel and the entire chain in future as their system is bound to fail and it beggars belief that it even exists. An absolute shambles.
