Second stay here. It’s a great place for those of us who don’t spend a lot of time in our room. Enjoyed the convenience of Breakfast in the morning and the walkability to town and lake Estes. Downside is there is not a lot of places on property to sit and enjoy the outdoors.

The property itself was clean and the stay was great. The only issue was not enough hot water. We stayed two nights and the first night my wife had a warm shower, not hot. I tried showering about 10 minutes after her (around 9:30pm) and there was no warm water. The following night I made sure to get my shower by 8 pm and the water was fine. Everything else was good. I would consider staying again if in the area.
