4/10 Fair

This time Mulia Senayan doesn’t seems to be what it used to be earlier. Small Small things makes a difference. There was no iron, no bathrobe, no slippers in the room. Minibar was empty, don’t know why charged the credit card. We ordered for a coffee and asked for some cake or cup cake kind of snacks. The only thing available at 5 pm was cheese cake. That too was frozen and as hard as rock. Never expected that in Mulia. The rooms are same as before no renovation done. And who keeps a giant artificial tree inside a hotel room these days 😊 We had a room credit of 120,000 which we were told will be applicable to all food and drinks just excluding alcoholic drinks. However we never got that on Coffee and Cheesecake ordered at room. Anyhow we stayed only for a night so it was ok.

It was a great location, great service and everything. I just wish it can be better with breakfast menu. It was my first time seeing 5 star hotel breakfast without any salad.
