An old, unorganized HOTT MESS!!! Nothing like phot
My stay here was horrible. First thing I noticed is the property smelled of sewer and it was just poorly maintained. Then they ran of key cards so we were waiting in the poorly decorated, cluttered office for an extra 30 minutes. I've never heard of a hotel running out of key cards to access a room. It was ridiculous. Then the maintenance guy came and said he found one. Just one. The staff is so very unprofessional and unorganized. It was simply the worst hotel on a beach that I have ever stayed. The grounds were ridiculously old. The elevator barely worked, the sprinklers sprayed the sidewalk so it was just wet and disgusting along with that sewer smell. The rooms need to be upgraded; especially the beds. There was barely any lighting in the bathroom. I hated it with a passion. It just wasn't clean enough for me at all. I was ready to go when we arrived. It looks NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS!

Not worth it. So, many other options and cheaper.
Photos are not the same as what reality is, except for the pool. Parking Lot is about 1/2 mile from hotel and front desk. Sometimes, if lucky, you'll be transported in a golf cart. Check in at 4pm, most hotels I've stayed is at 2pm. And the most important matter: Be aware of not authorized charges.

No towels!
There were never any towels. One day of our stay I must have checked with the front desk 5 times and they always kept saying check back with us in an hour or we will take them to you and no one ever did. In our room there was no lamp on the nightstand. Had to ask for a lamp! Sofa bed was torn. Then some young rude guy kept going around the pool area telling guests they could not have their own personal yeti cup or cooler in the pool area. Not sure what happened in a year but service and hotel conditions went way down. I was very disappointed because I paid a lot of money for this place.

Very Good8.0
It was a fantastic suite. Fell in love with it. But second morning we didn't have breakfast until 10am. Wasn't ready at 8am. And the first night no Wifi

This is a very nice place that’s getting a little run down in the outdoors. The room was very nice and in great shape. Some pool chairs broken, no longer a golf cart to take ppl to/from the parking lot, few pool towels, and way less staff than there used to be, but a great pool with several areas good for hanging out and families.
