So, I have been coming through Missoula once a year for over 15 years now, and I’ve always picked a different hotel because I’ve never stayed in one that I truly liked… That is until now. First, I love the look of the place. From the outside it looks like a log mansion, and from the moment I walked in it just felt welcoming to me. When I arrived at about 5:30 PM there were no other guests at the front desk, and I was checked in within five minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were fresh chocolate chip cookies! I loved the open floor plan of the common areas. The hot tub’s (there are four), and the pool are centered within the facility and not enclosed like you’re in a steam bath, and there are a number of tables to sit at if you just want to hang out. It was 94° outside when I arrived, and I think what impressed me the most was that when I walked into my room it was already cool. Not just “kind of“ cool, it was totally comfortable and I never had to touch the thermostat. The room was clean, with plenty of space, and the TV was actually mounted on the wall so the space on top of the dresser was available to use. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and slept like a baby, and there were plenty of pillows. The next morning I went down to the breakfast area promptly at 6 AM and it was all ready to go and the hot food was hot and fresh. If the price doesn’t go up, I will definitely stay here again!

Booked at the C'mon Inn so we could hot tub when we got there. Our room was great but when we went to have a nice hot tub experience, there was only 1 hot tub that the jets worked in. That 1 hot tub was being used by as many people would fit in it. I went to the desk 3 times to ask about it and neither of the college student working the desk could do anything about it. The next morning when I talked to management she said all they had to do was go down & turn the jets on. Either they weren't very well trained or didn't care enough to check. The management couldn't do anything about a partial refund because I had made my reservation on Travelocity. Travelocity what kind of refund are you going to give me?

The hotel looks amazing from the outside, the pool area and atrium are simply stunning, but that is the end of it. The room seemed dated and worn, the mattress was the worst I've ever slept on in a hotel. We sat on it and both sagged in so far, that we were wondering if we are going to hit the ground. When you get back out of the sinkhole, the mattress has a huge crater, so even housekeeping should see that and report the necessity of a new mattress. The bathroom was not cleaned well, I found hair all over the place from the previous guest and some drips of who knows what on the toilet seat. I'm glad I carry disinfecting wipes with me at all times. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't anything to pull us up either. The coffee was flavored water, the bread/muffins had no food tongs, so everyone was grabbing stuff with their hands. We were also surprised to see Styrofoam plates and cups? In a time where recycling and eco-friendly should be important, this hotel doesn't even use paper plates (that is bad enough).

Great Hotel, not so great wifi
The C'Mon Inn is a really great local chain. Pros: *We really enjoy the indoor resort areas with lots of places to sit or soak in hot tubs. *The waterfall is great. *The bed was really comfortable *The room curtains made the room completely dark for sleeping in *There were fresh cookies at the check in counter *The environment lends itself to meeting strangers when you aren't in your room - we met some firefighters and a young family at the ping pong tables - we really enjoyed that community experience *noon check out time made our final morning much more relaxing *breakfast is good and well stocked all the way until cut off time Cons: *Our toilet seat was dirty (had a spot of something left behind from the last visitor) *Our Wifi did not work well. We had to stand by the fridge to get it to work or go out into the resort, so no streaming Netflix from bed. This was very disappointing to my husband. We asked for help at the desk and they re-set the router which helped only a little bit. We wanted a new room, but the friendly guy at the desk said that this would not get us better internet in the rooms.

Best hotel for the average family !!
we love this hotel ! There are 4 hot tubs in the center that are easily accessible from your room. As a couple it was nice to have a hot tub to ourselves while family's and children used the pool and hot tub which was in a closed separate area . That pool area also had a shallow kiddy pool as well as a normal deep pool. This hotel is so fun to hang out in the " common area" that we went and picked up a pizza from MAckenzies pizzeria ( which has amazing pizza) and brought it back to the hotel to take advantage of the relaxing atmosphere they have. There continental hot breakfast is also the best I have ever seen ( for free) ..... hot eggs, potatoes , sausage , biscuits gravy, and pancakes . Along with cold cereal , juice and yogurt. Can't wait to go back !!
