We had difficulty getting in to the property as we were not sent a code for the main gates. The reception was supposed to be open until 8 pm. We got there at 7 pm and it was closed therefore there was no food drinks or anything available. The accommodation itself was adequate, but a strange layout with a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. And terrible smell coming out of one of the kitchen cupboards would not stay at this property again.

Insufficient cleaning and bugs!

We arrived very late at the hotel. Fortunately, we already called the hotel evaluering the day, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enter. Once there, the apartments were ok, but cleaning was horrible. There were numerous stains on mattresses, hair and dirt under linen and mattresses, hair and dirt on floors. Worst of all, we found a crawling bed bug and evacuated right away to sleep in our car instead!

They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. Logement bien placé, proche autoroute sans l'entendre et de ce que nous souhaitions faire. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le logement que nous avions réservé (T4 avec 1 lit double et 4 lits simples pour nos 4 enfants), mais un T4 avec 3 lits double et 1 canapé lit. Nous n'avons jamais été prévenu malgré une réservation 1 mois à l'avance. La propreté laissait à désirer (vaisselle sale, poussière, sdb et WC loin d'être clean), nous avons relavé avant d'utiliser quoi que ce soit. La literie est moyenne et les oreillers catastrophiques. Pour 6, nous avons réussi à en avoir 2 de plus qui étaient pour l'un satisfaisant. L'insonorisation est médiocre entre les logements : j'étais réveillé toutes les nuits par un voisin qui ronflait ! Les employés sont aimables et arrangeants. Piscine non utilisée compte tenu de notre programme et de la pluie. Cuisine suffisamment équipée.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer (des moutons de poussière un peu partout), vaisselle et couverts mal lavés. Électroménager d’un autre âge, rouillé. Boutons de la plaque de cuisson non fonctionnels. Quelques points dangereux : éclairage suspension dont les chevilles ne tiennent plus et qui menace de tomber, fil d’une lampe de chevet denudè sur le fiche, détecteur de fumée qui a manifestement crâmé. Côté tranquillité, les résidents du logement d’en dessous qui passent l’aspirateur à 22h30. Plus loin une TV dont le son est trop fort : difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes quand il fait chaud. bref, heureusement que ce n’était que pour 1 nuit.
