Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel! We stayed for one night only in one of the warm accommodations (Nordic chalet) and it was great. Amazing location, spotless and well equipped cabin and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good, but if you are travelling with a dog know that you are not allowed into the breakfast area with a pet.

Add to the bucket list
This was my favorite part of my recent trip to Sweden. Louise is an asset to the company and made me feel like family during my recent stay. The 365 hotel is beautiful and fun to spend the night in. I was scared at first, but was surprised to discover how comfortable it actually is. For those worried about getting cold, they have sleeping bags that handle the job, but also extra rooms inside of for some reason you find it is not for you. The bar wasn't open during my stay as I was the only guest that night, but I highly recommend staying here. The restaurant is good and the breakfast buffet was plentiful. Thanks again IceHotel!

6/10 Good

Worth a visit but could use improvement
We spent 3 nights at the Ice Hotel (2 in warm rooms and 1 in a cold room). Overall, our trip was very memorable and special and the individual staff members were great, but there were bumps along the way that would benefit from more attention/improvement, especially given the prices charged by the Ice Hotel. For instance: 1- the hotel had somehow messed up our ice fishing reservations, which I had booked and paid for 1 month in advance and were basically unwilling to help or fix it other than saying “oh well, we are now fully booked” until I made a big deal about it. 2- the warm rooms (we had the Nordic chalet which is supposed to be the nicest one) are very bare basics/spartan (and in our case, the shower wasn’t working at first) and the prices charged for those rooms do not justify their condition. So, I would recommend the hotel for its uniqueness but hope that they will spend some time on improvements in the near future.

2star hotel with 5star price tag
Very disappointing service from hotel staff , this is a 2 star hotel with a 5 star price tag. Great to stay in a ice room , clean and warm bedding but very bad customer service from reception staff.

Possible to change rooms on request
We were assigned Art Suite 310 for a family of 3 but requested if any other rooms were available. Luckily there were several other rooms available but with smaller beds 160cm wide instead of 240cm wide. We chose Art Suite 314 instead and it was fine to sleep for 2 adults and 1 child. Overall we had a once in a lifetime experience which came at a once in a lifetime cost :) As others have mentioned this is more of a high end glamping experience than a luxury hotel, but we felt it was worth the splurge.
