When we first arrived the room wasn’t made up for the children so had to go down and speak to reception and to there credit they came up and sorted it and were very nice about it but it should have been sorted before but not a massive issue. The room was comfortable and the shower was nice. Breakfast each morning was nice with plenty of choices and the staff were all friendly. The outside of the hotel and the inside is very dated and the windows were extremely dirty, inside the room and rotten in n the outside so this is what let it down. We will stay again as the staff were nice and rooms we’re comfortable but it’s just the decor that let it down

Pleasant stay but not terribly dog friendly
Stayed on a Saturday night as we were attending a family party in Ipswich. Pleasant hotel, very friendly and helpful reception staff. As we had a dog with us we had to sit in the bar area to have breakfast but no table had been set and we had to make multipe trips to the restaurant to get juice, coffee, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast. Restaurant staff not helpful at all.
