Basic, safe and unremarkable. No frills hotel experience. Wouldn’t be in a hurry to stay here again, but you get what you pay for.
It was a good stay we love that we can have a hot tub in the room we always stay here...the room was clean and spacious
Rooms were dirty overall. Was not inform that there was breakfast service. Hotel had a sign at the door stating that breakfast was not available, but found out that actually there was breakfast available
When you go into the lobby very tidy. Our room was on 2nd floor. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The tub was was not maintained well. The towels were quite dingy and I noticed the bedspread had a large amount of dried blood over it. The bed post was very dusty as were the lamps. I found out later that the majority of the hotel housekeepers were men.
Was tired and ready to rest. The bed was comfortable and the room stayed the temperature I had set it. Staff friendly and hotel clean.
Our first room had a filthy sink and appeared that a gorilla used the shower judging from all the hair left in the tub. Room 2 the air conditioner would not come on. Room 3 upon entering the TV was on and sheets and pillows disheveled. Room 4 was acceptable. Nothing but muffins and cereal for breakfast. We are not that hard to please but this property was pretty sad.
The hotel was nice. Not the cleanest but not horrible. The lady, Felicity, who checked us in was really rude and hateful which made the whole thing worse.
The bed was very hard not even my 2 year old grandson couldnt get comfortable, bath tub had black stricks in it, the ac wouldnt get cold and made lots of noise, and pool was closed. The website said nothing about the pool being closed. It said something about the food, but nothing about the pool.
Upon arrival they stated I did not have a reservation that the payment had not gone through. I had a receipt of confirmation in my phone emails which I showed them. Expedia confirmed it and also my American express person. They still gave me a very hard time when trying to contact expedia it is very difficult to get a live person. Super 8 did not want to let me stay unless I paid again or told me to go somewhere else. Expedia policy was no reimbursement after arguing for over an hour and calling the police expedia finally resolved it with the HOTEL When we finally got into the room the sheets had spots of dry BLOOD. totally disgusting. Worst experience ever with Expedia and the HOTEL.
