Usually Wonderful, less than stellar this time
I've stayed this hotel for a total of about 20 nights in the last two years and keep returning because my experiences have always been great. I stayed a total of 4 nights pre-paying the first two nights on a different third party site and booked and pre-paid then next two nights on Hotels.com. I checked-in on the first night and gave them my debit card instead of my AMEX by accident. In the past, they have only authorized for $25 or $50 but I noticed that they ran by debit card for $125.63. When I went to the frontdesk on the third day to tell them I had extended my stay on Hotels.com, I asked why they had authorized that amount and was told it that they have several options and it looked like I they authorized the card for one night, plus 15% instead of $25 I was used to. But he would correct it down to $25. As of now, it has been 13 days and I still have the $125.63 authorization on my account. I'd advise asking what they are going to authorize upon check in. On the upside, alot of hotels would have run new authorizations for each of the two nights I added on, which they didn't do. My only other issue-the room and bathroom appeared to be very clean but there were 5 very obvious hairs in 5 different places in the shower. Honestly, I was more suprised than disgusted. Things like that happen, but I just don't see how they could have missed that many. I will be staying there again because overall I'm always pleased

Overall Very Nice
This hotel is nearly brand-new construction. Of course we had to travel during Covid-19, so we were unable to experience everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was exceptionally friendly and as helpful as possible. My only two notes are: the overhead light in the room is a little lacking and my younger kids couldn't reach the sink to wash their hands. Small inconveniences in an otherwise lovely stay!
