This hotel is listed as 4 star when it definitely is not. The hallways had a very bad smell like feces. The rooms are very small and basic. Very poor value for the cost we paid very disappointed.

My family and I will never be staying here again. The room is much smaller than pictured and the property is very dark and dim. It is located in a gas station and no where near the airport (not as described at all). The room is advertised as smoke-free although it completely smelled like smoke. When we said this to the staff, they denied it and said there’s nothing they can do. Upon having a terrible experience, we wrote a review, and were then harassed, mocked, and called names the next morning by the male staff member, all of which was reported to Expedia. Don’t ruin your experience in Rome, do not stay here.
