No information about the hotel when we checked in. The room was in bad shape with some broken furnitures. Especially the bathroom needs an upgrade. The restaurants was always full with a waiting list on 1-1,5 hour and it was also not possible to make a reservation. No Carrousel bar by the water park and according to the staff it has been closed for 5 months. Also nothing to drink by the waterpark which is not good for an all inclusive hotel. We will unfortunately not choose Seadust if we go back to Cancun.
