Although it was in a nice area, there were homeless people sleeping next to the apart hotel. The staff in the hotel was nice but we had some issues with the payment (charged me ibefore arriving without my authorization) and the manager did not want to help me at all. I would not recommend this hotel

Great location so close to several Metro lines, department stores and Opera, yet quiet. There is a supermarket with bakery across the building and we got fresh hot baguette every morning. Kitchenette and coffee maker were handy but no supply of coffee beans or refills of tea bags. Shampoo and soap were low quality and there was no conditioner.

Check-in was on time and we waited in the lobby to have the room ready. I called in the morning to inform I would like the room earlier if possible, and gave my name, reception adviced me to come a bit earlier around 2PM instead of 3PM and will see what can be done. I actually waited 2 hours in the lobby for my room ready. I do fully understand many people were waiting, but I have the feeling to have not been considered at all and no communication with room & cleaners.

Great location. Quiet. Nice cute small property. Found the space quite small and unusuable since we were a party of three. Cute set up with kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, hotpot and coffee maker. Found other people's curly hair tangled on new towels so that wasn't so great.
