We enjoyed our stay.
Swift check in, to a lovely hotel. All hotel areas visited were immaculate especially the room. Great variety for breakfast. Friendly staff and overall an enjoyable stay.

Ok hotel
The hotel was ok for the price I paid I don’t really rate it high as the rooms needed a bit of an upgrade and it definitely needed aircon

Not as good.....
We requested, and were allocated, an accessible room. Whereas the bathroom appeared good, it was obvious on using it that not much thought had been given to persons with disabilities. The shower was very difficult being over the centre of the bath, the shower curtain could not be drawn easily because of the rail fixings. The grab handles were inappropriately placed and an extra one over the head of the bath would have been most useful. The toilet was badly placed in the corner, with the very large sink immediately in front of it, making it difficult to use the toilet. Furnishings in our room needed updating. The fabric covered seats were grubby and badly stained. We would have expected better than this in a 4* hotel! Breakfast at 9am on Saturday morning was a disappointment. After reading good reviews we found that the hot food (bacon, sausages, black pudding etc) were dry and hard. They seemed as though they had been kept warm for a very long time. Overall not too bad a stay, but doubtful if we will repeat it, as there are other similarly priced hotels in Leeds we have found to be better.
