This contemporary cabin space is a home away from home for you and your family and friends. Everything you need to have a comfortable stay is right here. When you arrive, you will have a code to get through the front door.
The whole cabin is ready for your stay! This two level cabin has four bedrooms, a living room, a washer and dryer, two bathrooms, and an open concept kitchen, along with a large back yard to play yard games!
The living room is a great space to hang out with a couch, rocking chairs, and a comfy chair. It has a wardrobe where you will find board games to play with friends and family, so feel free to get competitive!
The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook, eat, and relax. Cups, bowls, plates, mugs, and silverware are all provided as well as pots, pans, and cooking utensils. We also have large mixing bowls, measuring cups, and other essentials in case you want to get creative! On the counter we have a coffee machine with coffee and creamers.
The large backyard can be accessed through the back sliding doors or from the front driveway. We have a fire pit that can be sat around, a propane grill, and several patio chairs for a great relaxing experience. The driveway is large enough for several vehicles and can easily accommodate plenty of cars or motorcycles.
Above all else, the team at J&J Hospitality care very deeply about keeping a clean home so our guests can feel at ease staying here. In between every guest we mop all floors, vacuum all carpets, scrub all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom, replace the shower liner, wash all bedding (including quilts/shams), bleach all sheets and towels, and make sure everything is back in it's place before our new guests arrive. All of our sheets are premium, crisp 100% cotton, and all of our bath towels are thick, soft, and luxurious.
The team at J&J will be available 24/7 during your stay! We want to make sure that all of your needs are met while you're in our home, so you'll be able to call or text us ANY time of the day or night.

1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes (or start dishwasher)
3. Strip bedding from beds
No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved
Follow state laws when using fire pit
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.
A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the carpet). All damages will also be charged to guest.
Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.
Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
