I will start out by saying that I would have given this specific apartment the lowest rating, but when I made the managers of this apartment chain aware of the condition of the apartment via pictures, they did offer us a different upgrade accommodation. All communication with them is via text and by the time the offer was made we were already settled and did not want to load up the whole family to drive to a different location. I don't even know where to start because there were so many things wrong with this specific unit. In a nutshell, it was dirty and rundown. Not what I expected for over 200 GBP a night. I would like to think this unit is an anomaly.
