Not a reasonable standard of service

I was travelling for business and wanted to stay for 4 nights. After going through their exhaustive online checkin. I arrived and the wifi didn't work and the room wasn't clean. There was no onsite help and and it took an hour to get a response from someone. This is not a hotel, but a rental scam. i refused to stay.
