Surprisingly well kept and inviting older hotel, especially for the price. Spacious room with very comfy king size bed. Nice lobby, which is usually not a thing with budget hotels. No breakfast, but Denny's next door gives 15-20% off if you stay at this hotel.

We like to stay here when we need to spend the night in Grand Jct. We request a ground floor, it is quiet, with interior entry for extra security. Easy to park and get into and out of the parking lot, and near a lot of restaurants , walkable. Clean, well maintained.
