The Lady That Works Night Audit Is Incompetent.
When I arrived I have told told Julie who workes overnights that there was a reservation made either under my name or my friends name through them. A revelation for one day was made through the hotel that my friend made a long time ago. Julie didn’t look hard enough to find it. She said I could check in cuz they type of room I reserved was not ready. I come back later it turns out they duplicated the reservation. That was absolutely unacceptable from a hotel like this. I have experience working in big brand hotels. They either need to get trained better in paying attention to the system and not make mistakes like that or the job is not meant to be for them I just hope they didn’t double charge my friend a no show charge because we told them to cancel that since it was their fault. The place needs to be run by better staff and management. This happened on Tuesday July 31st at 7am and she was still working when I was there.

A Solid Stay, but could use an update
The rooms were nice, and the location is great. I liked the pool areas and the options for eating and drinking as well. The water park could be better. I described it to my wife as if someone built it and said. "This will be good forever," and then never came back for upkeep. There was one lifeguard on duty, no one at the top of the slide so god only knows how no one got hurt, the swim up bar couldn't charge to the room, so there were quite a few things that just need some TLC. Otherwise the stay was good.

Great Family Resort
Great resort for families with both older and younger kids. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the option for the outdoor pool and indoor water park were awesome for us after a long day. The Waterfront and Bracco restaurants are also a nice, close onsite amenity. We really enjoyed drinks, a fire pit, and live music with friends at the tiki-style beach bar. The bar tenders were pretty inexperienced, but still a good time.

My son and I took a little weekend getaway and wanted to go somewhere with an indoor waterpark. It was the perfect place to go!!
