So-So stay for 3 nights
The guest house could use some refurbishing, as it was pretty well-worn from the lobby up into my room. The room's carpeting had a few stains on it and could use a good shampooing. I really didn't want to walk barefoot. And ants! I bought a small box of sugar for some packaged cereal I bought, along with with a quart of milk, and the following morning I had a path of small ants up the wall and onto the counter in the kitchenette, and trailing into my box of sugar. As it wasn't quite yet 7 am, and I still in my nightclothes, I dealt with it. I had to throw away most of the sugar, and kept some that was salvageable in a glass, and had to store all food items from then on in the refrigerator. Ants kept reappearing my entire stay, loners apparently, and I killed them on the spot. A couple of them found their way into my sheets! On the plus side, the bed itself was comfortable. For the price I paid for 3 nights, not worth i!

FANTASTIC Room, Location!!!!
FANTASTIC! My husband and I traveled with our daughter and Son-in-law for the first time. Although it is "cozy", we still had enough room to give each other privacy and not get on each other's nerves. FANTASTIC location! LOTS of restaurants and shops to walk to. We even walked back from Fenway Park after the Aerosmith concert. This is NOT the place for you if you can't navigate stairs. I have a bad knee and it was fine, but after a long day, it took all I had left in me. Right by Boston Pops, so you will hear lots of practicing as well as "people noise" in general. Didn't bother us, but if you can't handle that, this, again, is not the place for you. Or even the city for you! Would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!!

Great for families
This was a very nice place to stay with my family. Seperate bedroom for my wife and i kids were comfortable on the sleeper sofa. Full kitchenette with dishes. Plenty of room. Way better and cheaper than a hotel. Very close to subway, shops and parks. If ever in Boston with family again this is our place. Walkable to downtown and very nice neighborhood.

A Great Find
At the last minute I needed to book a hotel in Boston. The Copley House popped up and it was a great find. The owners apparently bought up several apartment buildings in the historic and picturesque Back Bay and turned them into hotels. The “rooms” are actually cute little apartments. Mine had a full kitchen, living room and dining area, in addition to a bedroom and bath. Conveniently located in a bustling neighborhood, there are plenty of amenities and trains right nearby. It is also easy to walk a few blocks and become immersed in quaint, non-touristy enclaves. The owners were hospitable, even offering me a free umbrella to borrow because it was raining. I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Accommodation, but a bit noisy at times
Wonderful experience. Friendly staff, great accommodations, everything I needed and more provided. Only small complaint is that the walls are very thin so you can hear all the other guests and outside easily, even on the third floor. Overall, if you aren’t a very light sleeper, I highly recommend it.
