Great value hotel . Great rooms with full facilities

Once again my stay at the Arjaan was perfect. Spacious accommodation with all you need to make your stay comfortable. Also easy access into the shopping mall with good food outlets, a Carrefour supermarket and a cinema ! The staff are amazing from the doorman, valet parker, check in people to the housekeeping staff they are all super friendly & welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them, always happy & smiling. Rotana are to be commended on the training of their staff. Highly recommended.

One of the best locations and comfortable service suite ever stay. Location was build within new commercial and shopping arcade but at central of old city square. Facilities of the hotel was fantastic (outdoor swimming pool was under upgrading since July 2019) and our room come with full amenities including exclusive kitchen utensils and washing machine.

Good hotel, centrally located near the airport. We were given a massive townhouse on arrival as room wasn't ready, wow what a room it was. The property is clean with a good pool and great staff.

Nice, bright and spacious apartment conveniently located next to shopping mall, food courts, cinema and metro. Staff were friendly, WiFi was OK but not great, the gym was decent but would be nice if opened a little longer at nights. My main drawback was that they offer a paid service for dishwashing which I refused to use. This meant I could not use the kitchen as planned. It would be nice if the apartment had some dish washing liquid, sponge and tea towel for me to wash my own dishes. If I'm staying in an apartment then I would like to be more self sufficient and not pay extra. Also my coffee mugs were not changed/washed once during my long stay. I am assuming that this is because I didn't ask for the dish washing service but this is a basic service from all housekeeping services. I mean even budget hotels change/wash your used mugs for free. For the money paid this should of been done even if they don't do the rest. This issue aside, the apartment was clean and I enjoyed my overall stay.

Very comfortable family room with lots of facilities. We were very happy with the room, the staff and the facilities but I would recommend that you give breakfast a miss and find somewhere else nearby.

Beautiful suite hotel, we stayed in a classic suite which was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, all kept in good condition and very comfortable. The staff were all freindly and very welcoming throughout our stay. The access to Bur Juman shopping centre was handy but I can imagine this hotel is not a great area for tourists, although it is within walking distance to the Creek, with the new developments, nice restaurants by the water.
