Convenient and clean
Very close to Gare du Nord and Gare L’Est. Not somewhere to stay for a holiday but convenient for getting an early train. Clean. Not great sound-proofing, but my neighbours were quiet so I got a good nights sleep. Could be quite noisy if your neighbours start partying...

Aircon a huge plus!
Air-conditioning in a heatwave during which the highest ever temperature was recorded in France earns top marks. Local area is a bit scuzzy, but extremely convenient for the Gare du Nord, and also close to Gare de l'Est. WiFi was excellent, included reasonable breakfast, room was clean, bed comfortable.

Poor 2.0
/!\ WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER /!\
I booked this room A year ago , All paid in advance. Originally it was for 3 nights , I got my flight cancelled and Notified the Hotel ASAP telling I would come the day after at 22h30 PM (Accepting to loose the first night) At phone they told me that all was fine that my room was all paid already. When I arrived at hotel Unfortunately they informed me that they where overbooked and that they No more have available rooms. Even if People did checkin after my arrival. I think this is the worst thing i could ever expect and today other hotels in Paris are in etremely high rates. I'm just standing in the Lobby now and its already 3: 00 AM and i'm still without room with the personal laughting at me. Looking online I can see that they have posted The same room at a different Rate

Ideal for my travel purposes
Ideally situated close to main rail links and providing a pretty decent breakfast I would have no hesitation in staying here again. Also within relatively easy walking distance of some great parts of Paris

Nice, Small
Small rooms but was expected. Reception area lovely. Cleaners did not refresh plastic glass, toiletries, milk or water after the first day.

Exceptional 10.0
A few more pots of shower gel would have been nice. Apart from that, clean comfy room, big bed and close to the station.

Could’ve been better
Location wise the hotel was perfect for travel purposes, however the area was rough and unwelcoming. I wouldn’t advise this area for a family of younger kids. The rooms can be eaither extremely small or decent, and the breakfast is very nice. The walls are very thin, during our stay we got woken up multiple times to aggressive arguments from around the hotel.

Great breakfasts
I use this hotel regularly because it is convenient for the Eurostar but outside the hustle and bustle in front of the station. Not luxurious, but clean. Copious breakfasts with lots of fruit.
