WOW Hotel, Family Friendly, Great Value
What a beautiful hotel, the welcome team at the front desk, we had a Junior suite which was just perfect, they had the extra beds ready. The kids wanted to go back again and I would highly recommend a family book a Junior suite. Parking on site, no issues. the pool is lovely and warm and the breakfast was great, something for the whole family. Its a great location if you want to do things in London but also Legoland, Bicester Village, Silverstone.

Not safe for vans
Hotel is van theft hot spot, another resident warned us on arrival that its likely we would be broken into. Reception feigned ignorance and despite other trip advisors graphic reviews (and the hotels response that they "were working with police") we saw no evidence of increased lighting in carpark, CCTV or a barrier at entrance. If you are travelling for work think twice - we checked out after our initial stay and have sought accommodation elsewhere. We will not use again.

somewhat of a disaster
30 minutes to check in. the room I was given absolutely stunk of mold and I couldn't stay there - the room should have been closed. Another 30 minutes to get new key. No toilet paper in new room. the poor lady on reception, who was the only person anywhere to be seen, had to bring me the rolls to my room. the phone in reception rang constantly without being answered. Queuing out of the door for people trying to check-in. to be fair the breakfast was really good. Same lady was still at reception for check-out - she had worked all night.

Good comfortable Hotel
The junior suite was excellent for our family of four. Very spacious and two bed for the children. Large bathroom and separate wardrobe/study area. We didn’t have chance to use the leisure facilities but did eat in the restaurant. Food was OK. Standard room service menu (toasties/curries & burgers) but for the whole venue (not everything available). Average quality meals but at high hotel prices. We will return to the hotel but would go elsewhere for dinner.
