Superb location & service nothing was too much trouble although they are having the A/C’ replaced in the rooms in the old building and using mobile A/C units that do take up room and caused an issue with the opening and closing of the room window that apparently only the concierge could do for us??? Moved room to a inside room which turned out to be much better as far quieter that external rooms in the old building were quite noisy late evening/night according to friends were who were staying in external rooms.

Recent visit to the Royal Yacht
The hotel is in a good location for exploring St Helier. Within walking distance of several good restaurants & near to the bus station & taxi rank. We booked a platinum room which had a spacious balcony with sea view but the decor & fittings are a little dated . However, the standard of cleanliness could not be faulted. The staff in all departments were first class - friendly, helpful & efficient.
