    Excellent hotel in convenient (but scruffy) area

    Excellent business class hotel with helpful staff. The hotel is very convenient for the central station and close to the main street of St Georg district but the actually street the hotel is on is a little scruffy

    Room was clean bright and cheerful. Scaffolding was covering the outside of the building - didn’t know when booking as was informed at time of booking we were getting a room with a view. Location didn’t feel safe. Room was comfortable and the hotel is still in a good proximity to the station.

    Well worth a visit!

    Great position for Hamburg central station, literally 5 minute walk. Cleanliness, service, the whole atmosphere was great, helpful staff and everything. We upgraded to a Superior room for our 5 nights, and it was well worth the 15 Euro a night, huge corner room, views across 2 sides of the hotel. Loved it, and would definitely be back next year!

    Disappointed

    I was told, they had given me an upgrade to the room without me asking but once I entered the room, it was worse then standard. The cupboard handle was broken and the carpet was very dirty. The customer service at the reception was poor as the gentlemen serving me, was very unprofessional as he was not listening to me. I would never be going to that hotel or the same hotel brand ever again! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.
