Housekeeping and upkeep of the property was second to none. Remarkable resturant in homely settings on the 30th floor, and Spa access at a reasonable price also. Have visited this hotel several times. Definitely not 5-star hotel anymore which it formerly was. During check-in receptionist claimed that spa is not included to our reservation which is not true according Hotels.com hotel page. After this show receptionist asked additional payment for early check-in (we were there about 70mins before actual and room was ready). Tried to force me to join some non-sense ad mailing list to avoid this payment. Breakfast is high-class but level of service is very poor. For example some tables got coffee served some not etc. In the room you are able to see through toilets door which still makes no sense to me. Some renovation is needed in rooms Will try another hotel next time kkekee
