    Love Sri Lanka

    Very well run high end hotel with amazing service and very friendly staff including Olga who helped me with getting my visa for my next destination. There is high security in the hotel but you feel at ease.

    Room – Room we stayed was too small and ventilation was not good at all even though the room was classed as a “Superior Room” but the view from the window was nice Food - Very good Location - Very good Internet/Wifi Connection – Internet connection was good Reception Staff – Polite, Helpful and Good Cleaning – Way below the standard expected because almost every day we had to ask for towels, water bottles, liquid soap, etc. Overall it’s a very good hotel in a very convenient location and had access to lots of restaurants however needs to look into cleaning and ventilation issues…

    Great location and works well for business meetings etc. Most of the buzzing food & beverage options are close by from the entertainment point. Staff is warm but lacks basic finesse. Check-in is painstakingly slow (this is my 4th stay and it’s the same always) The management needs to look into the same. Rooms are nice & comfortable. Breakfast spread is great except for the service part which needs an overhaul. Overall delivers value for the price you pay.

    Good hotel with average service !!

    See the points below : 1. Check in was delayed as the front desk staff was busy chatting behind the door and only one Guys was available who was attending another guest. Had to wait for over 7 min at the counter. 2. Rooms are nice & clean with a good view. 3. The rooftop club/bar is a good addition to the otherwise boring hotel f&b. 4. Breakfast spread is good. Staff is super casual. I could see waitstaff eating breakfast right behind the service stations. The managers are least bothered and only stand at the entrance. 5. Check out was swift and easy. Overall a good comfortable stay but only if the staff could be more professional.
