This was my second stay at this hotel and this visit was awful. No service whatsoever. I was there for 5 nights and my room was never cleaned once. The valet stood there and watched me brushing snow off my car and never offered to help. when i complaiined about full ttrash the front desk suggested i put the trash can out in the hall. how is having full trash cans lining the halls appropriate for a 4 star hotel. I asked manager to call me to discuss the issues and he could not be bothered.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Annapolis. The staff at the hotel take every precaution to make the guests' stays Covid-19 safe. The attention to detail made everything special for us! We love the nearby restaurants, Carpaccio for lunch and dinner and Ms. Shirley's cafe for breakfast. The reception staff are the very best!

The experience was OK. Because of covid, amenities were limited (had to ask for toilet paper twice during a 3 night stay). Because I booked through hotels.com and not directly with the hotel, WiFi was NOT free, but $10.95 per day. So I did not benefit from the reduced rates through hotels.com. Did not know this until after we checked in. The hotel was in a great location, the shower was a lovely and powerful rain shower, and the indoor pool & jacuzzi were wonderful.

Everything was great except the valet/parking person. He was too aggressive. He insisted on taking my car keys when I indicated I had just arrived and needed to see if my room was ready for check in. I needed to drive immediately downtown so didn't want to use a valet. He was borderline rude and that's not fitting for a Westin Hotel anywhere.

It was amazing here. Beautiful & comfortable. My only complaint was at about 12:30a I called to get more blankets & didn’t get an answer but I ended up turning the heat up. Overall I’d definitely return.

10.95 internet fee, said free.. Walls paper thin, could hear every person talking in the hallway. We heard a beeping noise all night long. Sounded like a batter going dead in a smoke alarm. Every 15 minutes we could hear a loud bang could not figure out where it came from, that went in all night long, we got noo sleep. Very very disappointed in the Westin!
