Location was great, but the entrance to the property is in need of repairs. The staff can do with a little more training dealing with the public. I paid for all you can eat service, but I was told that would not be the case at dinner time. I was very disappointed, knowing the price I paid. I think I should be partially refunded for the service, that was never offered.

The staff and manager were excellent during our stay. We had a small issue that came up. The manager personally checked with us to make sure it was resolved and we were happy. The pool areas are fantastic. It was nice to be able to relax and be so close to the ocean. There was DJ playing local music that was charming. It added to the atmosphere. The hotel is close enough to walk to check out a nearby grocery, food and souvenirs. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Again, the staff is very attentive. The buffet included local dishes that rotated throughout our stay.

We chose the all-inclusive option at this hotel. The actual property itself is quite picturesque. The pool is as advertised here and the jacuzzi is quiet and a bit secluded to give more privacy which is nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. Limited channels on the cable TV. Wifi was available throughout the resort but it was a bit spotty. We arrived an hour before the listed check in time. We were told by the front desk that although the room wasn't ready, we would have access to everything. However, when we tried to eat lunch, we were told that food is only accessible from the listed check-in time, i.e., 3pm, and although we already checked into the hotel we couldn't access any food or beverages until we got the all-inclusive band. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style, however as it is a smaller resort, options are a little more limited than larger resorts in the Caribbean. Lunch is ordered from a menu. When dining in, the service of this establishment needs to be improved. There were multiple times that we would not get water until we were nearly done with dinner so we started walking with our own water. Drinks took even longer to arrive when ordered. One day when we ordered lunch, one of the items never reached the table and that day, when I asked for condiments, I watched the waitress take the condiments from a table that she was clearing and bring it to me. I alerted another member of staff, only to be met with attitude and another used set of condiments.
