Family friendly hotel:)
Very child/family friendly hotel. Everything is wonderful. The train station just outside the hotel. Easy to go to city centre.

The worst thing about this hotel was that there was no room service or decent food available. All they could offer was a truly terrible buffet. As the hotel is not in the centre there weren't many other options for food nearby either. Upon arrival the reception staff had lost my reservation and I had to send them the email confirmation they had sent when I booked. After a lot of time they finally said it was OK and I was given my room key. The room itself was OK but not at all worth the price. Overall I would definitely never stay again!

A memorable stay for all the wrong reasons
Could this possibly be the worst so called four star hotel in the world? From an efficient but unfriendly welcome at reception things continued to go downhill. The hotel is a 60s 70s concrete monstrosity, unfortunately the rooms still seem to be in that area with the most horrendous lurid red and purple patterned carpet. Perhaps the smallest TV ever seen all of 15 inches, I have seen bigger laptops. They obviously recognise the overkill on red with red chaise with OTT siler claw feet and a buttoned red headboard as the red curtains have actually been hung back to front with the red to the outside - novel! Unfortunately the guest's first requirement for a comfortable sleeping experience is not met with the cheapest possible foam piece filled pillows as commented on by other reviwers - clearly this hotel does not listen to feedback. The beds are utility and little better with a king consisting of two twins pushed together. The cheapest felt like duvets - this is Austria where good duvets originated. On the first floor the corridor had raised inspection hatches outside every room - an early norning delight as housekeeping trolleys clattered and banged across them. Does this hotel have a manager? If so a very unaware one as I noticed this noise on the way to my room - something the management clearly havent! Another sign of disregard for gusets health club closed and foyer croded with a HiFi exhibition never mind the guests inconveniece. Avoid at all costs.

It was alright...
The free wifi was abysmal - cuts out regularly meaning you have to log back in every 10-15 minutes, if not even more regularly than that! The area is a bit out of the way if you're a tourist, but that said at least it's opposite a U1 stop.
