The first room they gave me the AC wasn’t working (Nor was the coffee maker). so they gave me a new room and that was fine - quick and easy change. But the coffee maker in the new room didn’t work either. So they brought a new one up, leaving the old one where it was, and the new one didn’t work either. Small thing but still annoying.

Great stay!
My stay was excellent. My flight arrived to Denver late and I contacted the hotel to let them know I would be checking in late. The clerk was very friendly and noted in their system I would be checking in late. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was how clean the lobby was. It was obvious the hotel is taking extreme caution. There was hand sanitizing throughout the hotel. Christian, was very friendly and professional. The room was clean and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is good and so are the amenities.

A/C Problems
The staff was very kind and the location is great, but the air conditioning in my room was broken. They quickly moved me into another room that also had broken A/C, so I spent a very uncomfortable night there in a 78 degree room and checked out early to find another hotel.

Meh
Good location. Beds are so uncomfortable and the pillows are very flat. The hotel itself is in ok condition. Carpet in the lobby is tattered. There is only one elevator for the parking garage and to get into it, you have to send the others to another floor and wait for the one to the parking garage to finally come. I’ve never seen such an odd, time consuming design! Overall, the experience was meh. Oh, and the doors to the elevator vestibules are always open, many propped open with garbage cans. I didn’t feel extremely safe given that clear accessibility to those outside of hotel guests.

Not a Fan!
It started with my arrival and the front desk person was less than helpful and did seem very friendly. Secondly the air conditioning in Rm 1112 was not working, it was a constant 77 degrees. That made it very hard to sleep at night.

Adequate for our Needs
The hotel was adequate for our needs. We came to Denver to visit our daughter who has a small apartment near downtown, so it was convenient. However, there did not seem to be any maid service. We stayed for 4 nights and we never had our room cleaned or restocked. I had to ask at the front desk for coffee and cups for the room. I am not sure if this has to do with the pandemic, or if this is normal practice. Also, the hot water took forever to get hot and there was never enough for 2 people to have showers.
