Location wise, this hotel is a 12 min walk from the bus stop & around a 20 min walk to central Venice - making it easy to get around. The hotel was decorated in a Venetian style but not overdone like some hotels. The room was very clean (which is super important to me). We had a great experience. The only thing I would say to the hotel for constructive criticism is we thought the hotel booking allowed us to have access to the spa but it didn’t and it was €30pp for 2 hours which feels a tad expensive.

The neighborhood is great bc it is not as jam packed with tourists but within walking distance to everything. The hotel is quirky & I loved this about it! We asked 6 times and then gave up! Temp in room would not go below 79 degrees. Loud fan was only thing that kept us cool. Too Expensive for this! Over $700 per night!! Furnishings were awkward. Not enough storage for our week long stay. Would not recommend. Head front desk person not helpful.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We arrived early morning. Though we could not check-in until 3pm, the staff safely stored our bags and offered a light bite while we waited (didn't charge). They were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a late flight and again on check-out, they stored bags and charged phones. The hotel is in a quiet area, but not far from the restaurant strip and probably a 10 minute walk from the bus station. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
