Work gig
Nice venue with friendly staff and good breakfast choice. Very clean and a great location. No mention of parking fee @£7.50, but you can park on road overnight. Also have to connect to WiFi via Facebook!!

Really good stay. Central to Bournemouth. Very good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

Not great
Lovely building and gardens and location is good was very penny pinching. I paid for breakfast and despite coming down well before it was over on both days the sausages ran out and guests were told there were no more. The room had tea making facilities but there was only 1 mini pack off biscuits for 2 people - 1 biscuit each. The toilet paper was cheap and ioverall fine total experience did not justify the room rate.

Generally Good but Too Hot
Our stay over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend was generally pleasant. The only issue was that the room was too hot and the radiator could not be turned off so we had to keep the windows open which made for disturbed nights from the outside noise.
