A truly underrated hotel! The staff, accommodations, food and service were amazing! The views of Palermo from our balcony were great and being outside the city centre away from the hustle and bustle was refreshing. If you have a car it is definitely easier to come and go (driving is not for the faint of heart though, so be warned) being that it is up the mountain, but they provide a shuttle service both to and from the city centre and airport for a reasonable price.

My family enjoyed our stay the rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious and plenty of selections, they also serve lunch and dinner in their restaurant.the staff was very accommodating friendly and catered to our needs, the outdoor pool was beautiful and the view of the whole city of Palermo was breath taking Margarita the hotel room keeper was always happy to see us, she was always in a great mood.overall the next time we go we will always stay at Hotel Bel-3 Thank you we had a great stay at your hotel and will tell our friends too!

A nice hotel, clean room, very comfortable beds, great views of Palermo down below, attentive staff. Be aware that because of it's location there are not many shops/restaurants near the hotel, so having a car is a must. I would rate the breakfast adequate, and I was surprised there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was really big and super clean. The bed was very confortable. The view of Palermo’s city was really cool. If you have a car, they have a parking (extra payment, we payed 3 euros per night). The breakfast was good but they could put more options of eggs, breads and stuff.
