Was ok, staff were really unhelpful, 3 tiny bottles of water placed in room for the entire stay, each literally a mouthful. Pool was closed and unheated, restaurant seemed to always be closed. Generally disappointing.
Amazing hotel and really welcoming. We had a wonderful couple of days here. Room was lovely and clean, and well equipped with fridge and coffee making facilities. Staff were super friendly. Spa was lovely too. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel was full of workmen who were upgrading and refitting the hotel. The service from reception could have been better and at times it was poor. Our bedroom was comfortable, however it did not have coffee making facilities which I would expect from a 4* hotel. The spa was beautiful and was lovely to use.
