We slept every single night with no ac, the hostess and waiters are very rude and the receptionist were horrible just lie after lie . I will never come back to this property . Very disappointed this time in Cancun . We had to make 45 mins plus lines to eat every day . One day we weren’t allowed because restaurant was already at capacity. The food is really bad low quality. Money thrown in the trash we came back more stressed out . Horrible experience…..

Guys really think before booking this one. AC worked half the time. Staff knocks once before opening your door. Toilet stopped flushing for us the last 3 days. Maintenance tried fixing it, but was never fixed. Food not great at all, even on the places you reserve. Elevator was broken, with no signs of them moving to fix it. 7 days and the elevator was never fixed. The coffee shops are great. The whole hotel seems to be struggling with AC. We’ve stayed at other all inclusive hotels much better than this one. We will not be rebooking with them. Also very pushy on the (timeshare) leisure club. They have excursion people littered around the hotel as well. Family that traveled with us had there room opened by a separate family turns out the check in desk double booked there room. After that what kind of safety do you feel?
