We experienced quality and superior customer service with all of the people who served at the front desk as well as those who worked in various capacities such as housekeeping and in the breakfast area where the complimentary breakfast was served. All is all, this is one of the most customer service friendly hotel we have ever stayed in!

Waiting to check, the front desk employee was very rude to two African American women with a dog. When it was out turn, i expected the same treatment. We were treat much better than the two women before us. That left a sour taste in my mouth
