Decent hotel in great location
Overall a decent stay only criticisms were the Restaurant area is laid out in awkward way. Which made it very busy and the Room was relatively small

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel in Vienna. Check in was quick and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helped with any enquires we had. There is a train station around the corner to the center of Vienna or further but it’s a nice walk and it’s not too far. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great Hotel Abhorrent Restaurant
The Hotel is located in an excellent location with easy access to the Metro and Tourist Attractions. The hotel staff was amazing they truly exceeded my expectations. But, the restaurant is a completely different situation the staff there was absolutely abhorrent. She brought out the wrong order and when I told her it was wrong she never apologized or seemed to care in the least. Then when she did bring the correct order she charged us for both meals. Also don’t buy the breakfast as it is an extremely limited selection and not high quality.
