Has a shuttle to MOA and the airport! Have to pay to park... $15 per night. The pool is very small, so if it gets busy it becomes unsafe. The staff we talked to was very helpful and polite! Rooms are setup nice!

10/10 Exceptional

The room was great but the bed was really lumpy. I think the mattress needs to be rotated because there was a dip on the side closest to the table with both beds. It was comfortable but you definitely could feel the dip. The hotel itself had a great breakfast and great staff. Was very quiet for being so close to the airport. We were there to go to Mall of America it was very close. 5 minute drive. I will stay again.

Awesome gym. Very clean rooms. Nice pool area. Great location. The only issue was they understaffed their breakfast area for a holiday weekend and had it set up in far too small of an area for the number of guests it serves.

Perfect two room suite for us as we flew out of MN for vacation. Shuttle was easy to hook for our flight and 24/7. Car parking was just down the street

Shuttle service was fantastic. Courteous drivers made our stay a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a shuttle to and or from the airport. Check in was fast, room was comfortable and every single person we interacted with was polite, professional and seemed to genuinely care about doing a good job. They represented the company very well.

6/10 Good

Room was clean and breakfast was fine overall but AC fan was noisy, bed was soft, and amenities were ok. Pool was much smaller than expected. Staff were kind and helpful. Nearness to airport and Mall of America was a big benefit. Plane noise was surprisingly not bothersome.

Cons: Check in was rough. The person helping was more interested in talking to her coworker than hospitality. My card had to be scanned multiple times and there was confusion on how to assign keys. The beds felt bowl shaped from so many people sleeping in them. Pros: Breakfast had considerations for several dietary and allergy restrictions. This is rarely seen, so it was much appreciated and made up for the uncomfortable beds.

Free airport shuttle was convenient, driver was personable and professional. Free water bottle on arrival. Bar in lobby. Only negatives were: no power outlet on one side of the bed, outlet on opposite side did not work. Also, door was tricky to lock. Breakfast was just fair. Employees were friendly, dinner recommendation was awesome (Hazelwood Grill - walking distance from hotel).
