    Lovely stay
    Member of the Bar staff ( older blonde lady) incredibly rude. We were with a wedding party and admit we were louder than other guests. But we spent 1000s of Euros there and were spoke to abruptly and there was not need for it! Other than that amazingly clean stay! Would recommend x

    A reasonable hotel
    The hotel is in a good location with lovely views across the Naples Bay. The room was large with a balcony. However at almost £90 a night, I was expecting it to be a bit more luxurious. I had plastic garden chairs in my room rather than a small arm chair or desk chair. The mattress was rock hard and quite uncomfortable. The pool and pool area was much smaller than the photos suggest. Its not a bad hotel but should really be priced more as £60/£70 a night hotel.

    Great trip in Sorrento, the Hotel was right at the end of the Main Street so perfect position for a walk around. Nice room with nice views of the seas from the Baclony. Great pool position and views.
