As a hospitality business, masks should be required for employees. You can’t control guests, but you can control your staff and make sure your guests feel safe and respected. Upon walking in, seeing maskless (no barrier) staff makes immunocompromised people very uneasy. Entering the room; smelled like mildew. There is no opening a window. The HDMI cord was pulled out of the tv and cable box. Was quite a pain to cram my hand behind a mounted tv to plug back in.

The room was large. The floor was sticky and the pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. The people at the desk were nice when we arrived and left.

Room was dirty. Moldy bathroom. Floor had crumbs on it. Not much worse than getting out of the shower, walking to your bed and stepping on an oreo crumb and we didn't bring any oreos. When I brought this up to the front desk staff they looked away from me and said sorry.

Dirty! Floors were never cleaned. Linens are old and out dated. No customer service at all. Would never stay here again
