Our 2nd visit this year and thankfully overall a much better experience than before. Hotel is in a great location for Windsor and surrounding attractions , I.e Legoland etc. Room was clean , breakfast buffet was nice and despite the hotel being busy with conferences and families staying for Legoland visits etc , the food was kept topped up and hot with the only small queues being at the self service coffee machines. Pool area is nice and the kids , loved playing in here. Lovely big grounds

The hotel is a very good hotel, there are numerous facilities that make it very family friendly. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The bar looked to have a good selection but we never took advantage, we liked the outdoor eating area with a pizza oven. The room was clean but the only downside was the shower leaked from the tap attachment.

The Hotel is situated in large grounds and therefore some of the rooms are quite a walk from the Reception and entertainment area. Unfortunately the lifts in our block were not working during our stay and we were on the top floor. It’s a 10 minute cab ride into Windsor. There is a bar(Beefeater or similar) a 2 minute drive away where the food and drinks are a lot cheaper than the Hotel.

Check in was fast and staff were friendly. The hotel is very big, which is fine, but if you want personal touches then I would say this isn’t the hotel for you. You also have to walk rather a lot between rooms/reception:parking etc. so if you have mobility issues then this would be difficult. We stayed when it was rather warm and with no fan in the room, we found it to be unbearably hot. The room was basic but clean and nice enough. Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.

The grounds of the hotel are great & really beautiful including a small playground for the kids, games room, tennis court etc. The swimming pool was also a great addition & it had floats and pool noodles for extra fun. The rooms were very average. After seeing check in & the grounds, the rooms are quite a different vibe to that. We had to move rooms as the window next to the kids bed wouldn’t shut and there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling. It was a Saturday night so very loud, we were woken a number of times in the night. The breakfast buffet was great, loads of choice & kid friendly. Overall the grounds & facilities were great and worth the money. But the room was a disappointment.
