Huge disappointment
Wish we booked elsewhere. Front desk was unhelpful. Room we were given was more like a hallway. Extremely hot room with just a fan. No way to create a cross breeze to cool it off so the kids could sleep without opening the front door. Asked to pay for a nicer room and was told nothing was available - despite the place being nowhere near full. Nice attempt at being a “resort and spa” but came no where close to as advertised. Won’t stay here again.

Manager was absolute nightmare!!!!
Stay was somewhat reasonable. Extremely hot inside the room, which have had drywall dust on baseboards. The whole room had spider webs(huge and long). Water pressure in the shower was very substandard. That we could still live with; however the manager was absolute nightmare!!!For unperson reasons we need it to cut our trip short. Came to front desk on Monday Apr. 30/18 to give them enough notice to get refund. The customer service rep. at the front desk said that it will not be a problem, just to come to front desk the following day. The next day the manager Nicky gave us totally different answer and said:" you must have misunderstood what the girl said yesterday, as we are not able to cancel due to booking being done through Hotels.ca." She then laughed to my face and said that she can't do anything about it and kept on smirking to another customer service lady. I have never felt so disrespected and put down. Even if they couldn't do anything about it, shouldn't we know one day prior, so we could contact the appropriate source? Nicky was very unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and plain bully, who used her title to fullest. I would never go back there and would never recommend this place to anyone I know.
