10/10 Exceptional

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice lounge area on second floor. Nice guest laundry room. One tiny complaint the breakfast lounge is so hot. Maybe a couple extra fans in there to cool it down.

8/10 Very good

The location was easily found and close to where my event was located. The staff were friendly and the pool area was the main reason we stayed there compared to other nearby location.

Great workout room! Pools...not so much. Maintenance required 50% of the stay
Verified review

6/10 Good

There was not a fan in the bathroom. Only three pillows were provided per bed. The waterslide had extremely limited hours, which were not advertised separately from the pool hours. We booked this hotel thinking the waterslide would be fun for the kids, and weren't able to use the slide because it was closed even when the regular pool was open. The hot tub was cloudy and smelled weird. The front desk area was hot supposedly from remodeling. The breakfast was really good.
