The property is in a good location but there was constant problems with the lifts during our stay

One love lift broken most of week. The day it got repaired, people got stuck in it. Fire service called to help them out. Breakfast area too small for the hotel numbers.

The hotel is situated on 29th st W, within walking distance (10-15min) from Times Square and the city attractions like the Empire State Building, which makes it a very convenient location especially when traveling with children. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The one thing which I didn’t like about the hotel was that there were only 2 small elevators. They always took forever to arrive..All in all, my family and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely use them again.

The location is convenient for transport links being close to a subway and Penn station. The hotel itself is small but clean throughout. My only two issues are that one of the lifts was out of order quite regularly throughout our 6 night stay and the breakfast room is way too small for the amount of people staying there. But everything else was fine.

The location is great for getting about, but if your room faces the street you’re in for a noisy night. The breakfast is good - but crowded. The staff could be more welcoming and less purely functional. Overall - we probably got what we paid for...
