This is a great hotel. Everything is great including the room, the staff and the amenity. The only downside is that Uber drivers can not find this hotel easily as the Google map would direct them to a side door that is always closed, they have to take a big detour to find the way come into the hotel. It happens to all six of my Uber drivers.

Place was up to date, well maintained. It was far from the beaches where I usually stay. But I didn’t plan on any beaches my 3 days I spent here. Only complaint is my room had an awesome view of the lake but, there was a loose manhole cover in the road that I heard cars hitting all night. I couldn’t figure out where the noise was coming from until my last night. Not hotels fault but lost a lot of sleep from it. Overall hotel was great.

Fiz a reserva para minha esposa e a experiência foi bastante frustrante. No momento do check-in, foi designado um quarto que não apresentava condições adequadas de uso, devido ao forte cheiro de mofo. Após um dia cansativo, ela precisou retornar à recepção para relatar o problema e somente então foi realizada a troca de quarto. Outro ponto crítico foi o café da manhã. A informação fornecida no momento da reserva indicava início às 6:00, fator decisivo para a escolha do hotel, já que ela tinha um voo cedo. Ela aguardou até 6:10 e, como o serviço ainda não havia iniciado, procurou a recepção. A resposta recebida foi que não havia nenhuma solução possível, nem qualquer tipo de compensação, sob a justificativa de que o café da manhã era uma cortesia. Independentemente de ser cortesia ou não, o hotel tem responsabilidade sobre as informações que divulga. A combinação de falha nas condições do quarto, informação incorreta e postura indiferente da equipe resultou em uma experiência bastante negativa.
