Great
Was only for one night, but the rooms were comfortable and all the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful.

High in the mountains!
Arrived late in the evening - high up in the mountains and very beautiful. Free washer/dryer. Expensive cafe. Kitchen facility's in room.

Good, could be great
This place is conflicting...seems like they're understaffed because getting checked in took a long time. Our room wasn't ready but we're agreeable people so we rolled with it. We checked in but because we had to wait for the room had to back for our key in 30 minutes. When we went back for the key, they made us wait in a long line behind others who were just arriving. 20 more minutes. Our room wasn't cleaned to the expected standard- you could tell there were crumbs here and there, etc...I would have complained bit I could tell sheets and beds were fresh. The coffee and cafe close at noon, which is weird when you're at a ski town with snow and you can't grab a hot cocoa or coffee midday or afternoon. The restaurant was actually really good with nice staff. Brian Head is lacking in general for decent food, so nice surprise. And all staff at the lodge were genuinely friendly, which makes you excuse the slowness and sloppiness. Our King suite was a nice size with a small kitchen. Housekeeping needs to improve, but the room was good.

They put us in a room fitted for the handicapped, and didn't let me know. In my opinion, this room should have been saved for a handicapped person. There was no bathroom door, and I realize this is done to fit a wheelchair. The shower was almost level with floor and thus flooded. When I first brought this up to front desk, there was NO apology or attempt to make it right. Just told "we are full so we can't move you." I asked for a bathroom door and thought that's not too much to ask, but I was told they don't have the doors that were taken off of all the handicapped rooms. So my teen son and I had to strategically plan our bathroom trips and showers for privacy. Another point...we ran out of toilet paper (room was stocked with just 2 rolls). I politely asked at front desk at 4pm for 2 more rolls and was told they would be brought up within 2 hrs. Four hours later no TP, so I called the front desk and again politely asked for TP. It was delivered shortly afterwards by a very nice housekeeper. When I checked out I was asked if I enjoyed my stay, and I replied politely and honestly. The employee was nice and apologized, but I have to say that I cannot recommend this property. I think at least they could have offered to put up a curtain in place of a bathroom door.

Beautiful Area
We stayed in the 1 bedroom villa for Spring break. The space was a little cramped but it worked for 2 adults and child.
