Hotel staff were lovely, went above and beyond, hotel itself is looking tired, stains on every carpet, paintwork chipped, but overall a very nice stay, secure car park to which is always nice to see..

Great for the airport. Great for a family of 3. Excellent value for money. Free on site parking. Wonderful reception staff. Good night's sleep. Even a fridge for guests to use. Would definitely visit again if using Luton airport.

The Luton Hotel is permanently stuck in the 70's! The room was clean which was good. The mdf in the room was peeling off, and awful paint job throughout that was just slapped on. The mattress was an old springy one that reminded me of a z-bed. The outside had dumped sofa's and the hotel sign was old and needed replacing. A general awful feeling and we will NOT be going back!

The room was fine, the staff were lovely. The car was safe in the car park. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities so unable to comment on them.

I have stayed here a few times. No complaints, good value for money. If I had to make a suggestion it would be for hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels on.

2/10 Poor

Not expecting too much for a 3 star hotel you just a clean room to rest but you certainly don't expect a hotel room to have a huge wet patch on the floor from some sort of leak or them trying to clean something up, a curtain missing so could not undress without the risk of exposing to neighbouring room and and considering it should have been a non smoking room to had a very strong odour of smoke that was ingrained in the carpet and beds. Paid for for two nights but woke up early checked out and drove back home, we'll have a laugh about it in time but certainly was not laughing when we arrived. Trying to think of a couple of positives the staff are very friendly and lots of hot water and clean towels.

This is a great option if you are staying in the area for a flight and want to do so on a budget. It was clean and the staff were nice. The facilities were in line with the price I had paid. I would stay again if i have an early flight in the future.

The room was clean, the hotel dated and shabby. The parking was secure although some idiot seemed to have abandoned their car making getting out the space difficult.

Ideal for stopping on way to / back from Luton airport. Checked out at 03:00 on way out and checked in at 03:00 on way back without issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again.
