Only constructive feedback is please fix the poor flow from the shower head in room 203; shower was warm and bathroom fine otherwise. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The location was excellent — within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Sorrento’s main attractions. However, the hotel doesn’t have direct access to the beach. The hotel was very clean. There was a separate ironing room available. The hairdryer was quite old and not very powerful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average but offered enough variety.

The hotel’s location was excellent. It was only 1 block away from the busy Main Street. Near many restaurants and shops. The room was large and comfortable and so was the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was nice (although not extravagant), and the staff was always friendly.
